Terms & Conditions

Places on each bootcamp are limited and are allocated on a 1st come 1st served basis.

Places can only be booked in advance.

Places are non-transferable.

If you are booking with a deposit, full payment of remaining balance is due no later than the date set out on the booking page of each bootcamp.

Your place maybe forfeited with no refund of deposit if full payment is not received by the date set out.

We cannot accept extra bookings, and will return payment to those who book after all places have been allocated.

Alchemy Dance Company reserves the right to refuse admission to the bootcamps.

For application/invitation only bootcamps, bookings will only be accepted by those given permission to attend by Alchemy Dance Company. Any bookings sent without permission will be returned.

Whilst care and guidance will be given at all times, in attending the bootcamp you will consider yourself physically able to participate in dance activities and therefore accept liability for any physical injury which may occur.

Filming &/or photography on the bootcamps is strictly forbidden without the permission of Alchemy Dance Company.

Whilst we make every effort to keep the ratio of men:women equal, this is not guaranteed.

Alchemy Dance Company classes, courses & workshops are catered for adults only (age 18+).

Cancellation

If we cancel the event, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel your booking for the event the following cancellation policy applies:
Full refund up to 2 months before the event
50% refund up to 1 month before the event
25% refund up to 2 weeks before the event
No refund from 2 weeks before the event
