INT/ADV ON2 & CHA CHA

This is a bootcamp for dancers who love On2 & cha cha and want to spend a whole weekend with like minded dancers! For this bootcamp you will need to be proficient and experienced at dancing On2, and dance On2 on a regular basis. You pick up turn patterns and footwork sequences with ease and you are looking to develop the fine details of your dancing ... aesthetic, style, quality of movement, rhythm/musicality, creativity etc.

You are confident with leading/following and enjoy social dancing On2. Most importantly you should have excellent timing On2, i.e you should be able to execute all turn patterns coordinating the armwork whilst maintaining the basic rhythm with the feet constantly (with the music!)

To check if this bootcamp is suitable for you, please answer the following questions...

1. Do you understand the conga tumbao rhythm and how it relates to dancing On2?
2. Can you hear the rhythms you are dancing to in the music (as opposed to just counting)?
3. Can you dance On2 staying on time with the music, ALL of the time?
4. Can you dance cha cha cha?
5. Is dancing On2 your preference?
6. Do you dance On2 & cha cha cha on a regular basis?

If you answered no to any of these questions, the Conversion to On2 Bootcamp would be more suitable for you.

PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a bootcamp for people wishing to learn/convert to On2 salsa, or for those who have learnt some but have limited experience. Please see the 'Conversion to On2' Bootcamp for int/adv On1 dancers. We do not explain or break down timing On2 on this bootcamp.Please do not book the Int/Adv On2 Bootcamp to gain experience On2.
